The Mohawk Valley Revitalization Summit is intended to serve as a catalyst for ongoing regional partnership. By bringing together leaders from across sectors, the Summit seeks to strengthen relationships, inspire innovative thinking, and advance meaningful action that supports housing, economic development, infrastructure investment, and community revitalization throughout the Mohawk Valley.

Leadership Session - Invitation Only

Day Two is intentionally designed as a smaller, invitation only leadership forum for those actively shaping the future of the Mohawk Valley.

The morning begins with a continental breakfast and networking from 8 - 9 a.m., followed by an interactive leadership session from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

This exclusive gathering will bring together state, county, and local elected officials, public agencies, developers, CEOs, nonprofit leaders, planners, and community partners for deeper conversation with Charles Marohn, an American civil engineer, land-use planner, founder of the internationally recognized Strong Towns movement, and bestselling author. Through direct engagement, interactive discussion, and audience Q&A, participants will explore practical strategies for addressing the region's most pressing challenges and identify opportunities for collaboration beyond the Summit.

The future of our communities will not be shaped by any one organization or municipality alone. It will be built through collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to creating strong, resilient places where people want to live, work, invest, and raise their families.
