ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

This two-day conference focuses on advancing rural broadband access, infrastructure, and innovation. Held at Turning Stone  Resort Casino in Verona, New York, with integrated event spaces), the event will feature keynote speakers, interactive sessions, and a dedicated vendor exhibit hall where providers can explore goods and services from leading vendors in fiber optics, wireless solutions, network equipment, funding consultants, and more.

Attendees include ILEC/CLEC/Broadband providers, vendors and engineers/IT professionals. All sessions are designed for 45-minute discussions unless noted otherwise, allowing time for Q&A and engagement.

Exhibit Hall: Open throughout both days for vendor booths (e.g., showcasing their goods and services).

Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, casino gaming access post-sessions, and on-site dining.

Dress Code: Business casual.

The full conference registration option gives you full access to all exhibits, and the ability to purchase a booth. This also includes workshops, welcome reception, breakfast, and lunch.

Attendees may make room reservations by calling Turning Stone’s toll free number 1-800-771-7711 by Tuesday, September 15, 2026. To ensure attendees receive the group rate, attendees should identify themselves as with the room block (NETS). All individual reservations will require a one night’s room deposit (including applicable taxes) or valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Turning Stone accepts major credit cards and advance deposits equal to the first night’s rate. Individuals may cancel their room reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this time will result in a forfeiture of the deposit (including applicable taxes).
