$335.00+tax daily for a standard room**Superior Upgrade: +$100.00+tax dailySuite Upgrade: +$200.00+tax dailyLake View Suite Upgrade: +$300.00+tax daily**Should any of your attendees be tax exempt, they will also need to supply us with a tax exempt form.
A one-night deposit is required at booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellations between the booking date and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $55.00 administrative fee (per room). At this 30-day period we will then charge the remaining balance of your stay and it becomes non-refundable, non-changeable, non-cancellable. Failure to arrive on the confirmed arrival date will result in the cancellation of your stay and the forfeiture of your full deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of arrival will result in full deposit forfeiture.
